Account Management & Business Growth*** Deliver annual sales targets including volume, value, and profitability for assigned MT accounts.**2. Customer Relationship Management*** Build strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers (buyers, category managers, store operations).* Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities and address challenges.**3. In-Store Execution Excellence*** Ensure perfect store execution: + On-shelf availability (OSA) + Planogram compliance + Promo activation and price adherence + Display implementation**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED****Experiences & Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field* 2–4 years of experience in Panda (preferred)* Experience managing key accounts in KSA**Skills** Strong negotiation and communication skills Excellent analytical and numerical ability Relationship-building and customer management Category management understanding Knowledge of in-store execution and merchandising principles**Leadership*** You are energized by delivering fantastic results.
