Accor is seeking a Finance Manager for our luxury hotel in the Makkah region. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, driving profitability and cost control across all departments.

The role requires leadership of the Finance team and collaboration with the General Manager and department heads. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in hotel finance, proficiency in Opera/SUN/SAP, and a strong understanding of IFRS and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CMA) is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel finance, preferably with an international luxury brand.
• Previous experience as Finance Manager or Assistant Director of Finance is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Good understanding of IFRS, internal controls, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel and hotel systems (Opera, SUN, SAP or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Partner with the General Manager and Department Heads on financial and operational decisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Finance team.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
