Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Finance or Accounting role.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records invoices and ledgers.
• Coordinate daily accounting-related operations to support warehouse department activities.
• Manage general ledger entries ensure journal accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts vendor statements and customer accounts.
• Support payroll processing and inter-department cost allocations.
