As an Assembly Worker at Siemens Energy, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by setting up, operating, and maintaining assembly line machinery. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Set up, operate, and maintain assembly line machinery and equipment at fixed workstation positions.
• Install components of in‑process products, assemblies, or sub‑assemblies as they move along the line.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor output quality to identify and address faulty products through re‑manufacturing or discarding.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to meet established specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
