Job summary

PPOAR is seeking an Art Director for a leading Creative Advertising Agency in Medina, Saudi Arabia. You will lead the visual direction of campaigns and manage a team of designers to deliver compelling concepts that resonate with clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Graphic Design, has a strong design portfolio, and is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Fluency in Malayalam is a plus; accommodation and visa sponsorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proven experience as an Art Director or in a creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop visual concepts for print ads, billboards, social media content, etc.
• Collaborate with copywriters to communicate the brand's message
• Lead and manage a team of graphic designers to execute the visual concepts
• Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are delivered on time
• Stay updated with industry trends and techniques to improve design quality.
