Responsibilities
70% Lead, Drive and Manager the Industry Sales in the assigned territories to maximize orders.
- Work in a professional manner reaching customers and stake holders through multiple touch point routes available to connect with them.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy/plan for growing MSA’s products into Saudi Arabia targeted end users.
- Drive product portfolio management to optimize product mix and improve customer coverage.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with channel partners, end users, and targeted customers through regular meetings, events, and direct engagement.
- Support and coordinate with channel partner sales teams to grow MSA product sales and manage interactions with current and prospective customers.
20% Develop and implement a strategic accounts sales process to gain market share.
- Implement programs to grow market share, customer coverage, and product penetration within the assigned territory, with a focus on core and high-profitability products and effective resource prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Channel, and Marketing teams across the Middle East to leverage and execute regional marketing programs locally.
- Drive local demand-creation initiatives to increase MSA brand visibility and safety awareness.
- Assess local market growth potential, identify strategic partnerships, and align opportunities with MSA’s capabilities, recommending them to the Industry Sales Leader.
10% Administration work and reporting.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales, pipeline, and market reports for the Industry Sales Leader using SFDC.
- Analyze customer and channel partner feedback (meetings, surveys, and interactions) to support sales and demand forecasting.
- Maintain disciplined use of SFDC to ensure data accuracy, forecast reliability, and consistent reporting.
- Deliver standardized sales and business reports in line with reporting tools and guidelines defined by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
Experience required
- 4+ years of sales experience / key account management.
- Previous sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Safety Industry Experience (Portable Gas Detection / SCBA / Respiratory / HEHF).
- Strong understanding of current industry technical standards and practices.
- Proven business development and account management track record.
- Experience in developing business with End Users in Eastern part of Saudi Arabia and regional partners.
- Experience in building, maintaining and growing customer networks.
- Experience in developing and executing successful sales and go to market strategies.
- Project Sales Expertise.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate on all levels.
- Ability to work independently and systematically.
- Ability to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.
Experience preferred
- Industry knowledge.
- Background in OGP & Industrial environment with key contacts still active.
Education required
Education: Bachelor degree in a related field.
Education preferred
