Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of finishing trades such as flooring, ceilings, painting, masonry, and joinery.
• Strong quality inspection skills to verify workmanship against specs.
• Ability to coordinate between architectural, civil, MEP teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities
