Project Location: Al Madinah Al Munawara

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site walks and field audits to inspect executed works.
• Review construction works against approved architectural drawings and technical specifications.
• Identify, document, and report site observations and non‑conformities.
• Record audit findings using Excel‑based reports with proper photo documentation.
• Follow up on corrective actions and verify proper closure of observations.
• Support site supervision and architectural execution monitoring.
• Monitor actual site progress and report deviations compared to the project schedule.
• Coordinate with site teams and management regarding technical observations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 2 years of site experience.
• Strong ability to read and understand architectural drawings and execution details.
• Good knowledge of building systems, construction methods, and finishing works.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
