Awtad, a premier real estate company in Saudi Arabia, seeks a creative Architectural/Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. You will design innovative spaces reflecting client needs, transforming concepts into comprehensive design solutions for our properties.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design, at least 4 years of experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. Arabic and English fluency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in architectural and interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand vision and requirements for various projects.
• Develop and present design concepts, sketches, and renderings for architectural and interior projects.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with design concepts and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of design projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers throughout the design and construction phases.
• Stay updated with design trends, innovative materials, and technologies in the industry.
