We are seeking a dedicated Architectural Inspector to conduct inspection and supervision of architectural works in construction projects. The role ensures that materials, finishes, and construction quality meet approved designs, project specifications, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, knowledge of construction practices, and the ability to coordinate with project teams to maintain quality and compliance on-site.
Inspect architectural works including interior and exterior finishes, materials, and detailing to ensure compliance with approved drawings and design specifications.
Monitor workmanship on-site and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
Verify the quality of materials and installation methods, reporting any non-conformities.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design or execution issues.
Conduct periodic site visits and prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation.
Support testing and commissioning of architectural elements as required.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, design requirements, and regulatory standards.
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural inspection or related construction quality roles.
Knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and building codes.
Strong observational and analytical skills for detecting deviations or defects.
Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation/reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
