Parsons in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Architect Engineer (Saudi National) to support the review, coordination, and delivery of architectural designs for major transportation and infrastructure projects.

You will coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams, ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client specifications, and provide guidance to CAD operators and designers throughout the project lifecycle.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of architectural design and project delivery experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM software.

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Architect Engineer (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will get to support the review, coordination, and delivery of architectural designs and construction documentation for major transportation and infrastructure projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Review CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color boards prepared by the Design Builder.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, project requirements, and client specifications.
• Review construction specifications and detailed material and equipment requisitions.
• Interface and coordinate with suppliers, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders as required.
• Coordinate architectural activities with engineering and construction teams to support project delivery.
• Review and approve detailed design packages, construction drawings, and technical specifications prepared by third parties.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Architectural Designers and CAD Operators working on the project.
• Support architectural studies, design reviews, technical evaluations, and project reporting activities.
• Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and contribute to resolving design and construction challenges.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural design and project delivery experience.
• Proficiency in industry-standard CAD, BIM, and architectural design software, including AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction documentation, building systems, and applicable codes and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, establish priorities, and meet project deadlines.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Registration as a Licensed Architect or equivalent professional accreditation.
• Saudi National.
• Experience on rail, metro, transit, or other major transportation infrastructure projects.
• Experience with railway station buildings, maintenance facilities, or transportation-related developments.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination and multidisciplinary design review processes.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
