Egis Group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a talented Architect to join our team. You will create designs that blend functionality, aesthetics and sustainability while respecting the region’s cultural context.

Responsibilities include leading design tasks from concept to construction documentation, collaborating across disciplines, and developing BIM models and drawings to high quality. A Bachelor’s in architecture and 0–3 years of experience are required; strong communication and teamwork

Formación

• Bachelor's in architecture with good experience.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in architectural design.
• Proficient in BIM process is a must, implementation and workflows.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Day to day involvement in development of project design tasks assigned by the team leader from early stages of design, through technical design development, to the construction documentation.
• Design Management and Team Leadership: Adhere to project deadlines, Maintain the design quality standards, Deliver the project under the guidance of Project Architect (PA), Senior Architect (SA) and/or Design Manager (DM).
• Design & Technical Expertise: Contribute to preparation of project/s' concept design preparation including but not limited to: Project Model/s and Graphical presentation, Drawings and Reports, Collaborate with SA or DM on complex design challenges and ensure technical feasibility, Develop specific project deliveries while maintaining high-quality design and construction documents, Adopt creative design and problem solving approach, Participate in the design coordination process within Architecture team, Develop project BIM Models and design documents (drawings and reports).
• Communication and Collaboration: Fluency in spoken and written communication, Active participation in internal meetings and workshops, Building strong relationships with other team members, Promoting and maintaining collaborative environment in the office.
• Department Operations: Maintain professional code of conduct in line with the company's ethics, Collaborate effectively with other disciplines, Participate in Knowledge sharing and skills development, Develop ownership approach to assigned design tasks.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visionary architectural designs that blend functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability while considering the unique cultural context of the region.

3. Deliver the project under the guidance of Project Architect (PA), Senior Architect (SA) and/or Design Manager (DM).

Design & Technical Expertise:

1. Contribute to preparation of project/s' concept design preparation including but not limited to:

1. Collaborate with SA or DM on complex design challenges and ensure technical feasibility.
2. Develop specific project deliveries while maintaining high-quality design and construction documents.
3. Adopt creative design and problem solving approach.
4. Participate in the design coordination process within Architecture team.
5. Develop project BIM Models and design documents (drawings and reports).
6. Be informed about the applicable codes requirements and building materials/systems.
7. Maintain the models' BIM quality level under the guidance of PA/SA/DM with the BIM Coordinator / Manager.
8. Accountable for successful project delivery of assigned tasks meeting the targeted deadlines.
9. Accountable for maintaining the Quality of assigned tasks.
10. Accountable for efficient planning and utilization of project’s man-hours assigned by team leader.
