Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Riyadh seeks an ARAMCO-approved EHS Supervisor with an Oil and Gas background to lead site safety and ensure compliance with international standards. You will coordinate with client and project teams to manage EHS activities and documentation.

Prepare EHS plans, conduct risk assessments and training, supervise toolbox talks, and enforce permits. Perform daily site inspections, ensure PPE and hygiene, and drive continuous EHSAwareness with rigorous reporting.

Qualifications

• ARAMCO-approved EHS supervisor
• Prepare EHS documents (EHS plan, emergency response plan, RA)
• Provide EHS induction training to workers
• Conduct daily EHS inspections on site
• Ensure safe work permits are adhered to by engineers/supervisors
• Perform risk assessments and inform relevant engineers/clients
• Deliver toolbox talks and promote EHSAwareness
• Ensure PPE, site cleanliness, lighting and ventilation
• Coordinate EHS audits and external inspections
• Lead incident investigations and report findings

Responsibilities

• Attend EHS meetings with client and project team
• Report EHS issues to HO
• Administer first-aid or seek medical assistance when needed
• Coordinate environmental and health & safety activities across site
• Maintain EHS documentation andISO-compliant procedures
• Coordinate external EHS audits and third-party inspections
• Prepare and implement Emergency Preparedness Plans and drills
• Oversee Work Permit System implementation on site
• Ensure contractors comply with EHS requirements
• Promote continuous EHS improvement across the project
