Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking a qualified engineer to build, deploy, and evaluate an Arabic AI tutor for STEM education. The role involves preparing Arabic data, fine-tuning and evaluating LLMs on Shaheen III and Ibex, and integrating the tutor into the learning platform for a pilot in at least 10 Saudi schools.

Applicants should hold an MSc in CS/AI or a related field, with hands-on LLM experience, strong Arabic and English skills, and a background in AI deployment and education tech.

Qualifications

• MSc in Computer Science, AI or related field, or BSc with at least one year of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in LLM fine-tuning, evaluation, and AI deployment.
• Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Experience with RLHF/DPO, edtech, or math/programming education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Arabic training datasets from educational materials and platform interactions.
• Fine-tune, align, and evaluate LLMs using Shaheen III and Ibex platforms.
• Develop Arabic STEM benchmarks and student-safety guardrails.
• Integrate AI tutoring into the learning platform, including RTL interfaces.
• Deploy models for low-latency real-time tutoring interactions.
• Support school pilot, gather teacher feedback, and ensure data privacy.
• Comply with Saudi data protection requirements and contribute to reports.
