Job summary

Eaton Arabia is seeking an experienced Receivable Accountant to manage end-to-end AR processes, ensuring accuracy, timely invoicing, and compliance with internal controls. The role involves customer data governance, credit assessment, and coordination with sales and operations to optimize collections.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in AR, hands-on SAP and Excel proficiency, and a proactive approach to collections and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts receivables and collection management in a medium/large company.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and advanced Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and update a customer database with CR expiry, VAT, addresses and contacts.
• Collaborate with Credit Team to set credit limits and payment terms.
• Manage daily AR operations, reconcile receivables, and prepare AR aging analysis.
