We’re searching for an Application Specialist in Saudi Arabia to join our Professional Services team, so that we can support the growing number of projects and the increasing complexity of customer requirements within the Professional Services function. The Application Specialist will support the delivery and deployment of software solutions to ensure timely project turnaround, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen our ability to manage global implementations effectively.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

Analyze business and technical requirements to ensure project solutions align with client needs.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders and vendors in order to keep all parties aligned on project status.

Develop detailed process flows and user guides to maintain accessible and accurate project documentation.

Configure system software and specifications in order to deliver customized solutions that meet technical goals.

Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance to validate that the final product meets all requirements.

Deliver client training and support in order to drive seamless system adoption and user proficiency.

What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having

3-4 years of experience in software implementation, health informatics, or a similar healthcare IT role.

Proven success in managing multiple concurrent projects and implementations within a fast-paced environment.

In-depth knowledge on how to use SQL, data analysis tools, and software implementation methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

Ability to commute to Riyadh office.

Sincere interest in healthcare technology and improving the standard of care through digital transformation.

A knack for working collaboratively within a global team to solve complex technical challenges and build positive stakeholder relationships.
