Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking an Application Programmer in Saudi Arabia for a remote-first contract. You will modernize enterprise apps using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, customer portals, and AI-powered customer engagement solutions.

You will work in an Agile/Scrum environment to design, develop, and support critical applications, mentor peers, and help automate processes with Intelligent Document Processing and Copilot Studio.

Qualifications

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 development and support experience.
  • Experience building Dynamics customer portals or similar portals.
  • Strong programming, debugging, testing, and maintenance skills.
  • End-to-end SDLC involvement from requirements to production support.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and managing multiple stories.
  • Ability to collaborate with analysts, QA, developers and leadership.
  • Ability to contribute to technical requirements, acceptance criteria and design decisions.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication.
  • Experience mentoring developers and contributing to coding standards.
  • Knowledge of Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, IVR, and AI-powered services.
  • Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with cloud services (Azure) and modernization projects.
  • Security clearance eligibility (Public Trust) is a plus.

Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Application Programmer based in Saudi Arabia.

As an Application Programmer, you will contribute to a major application modernization initiative focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, customer portals, and AI-powered customer engagement solutions. You will design, develop, enhance, and support business-critical applications that improve customer service operations and deliver seamless digital experiences. Working with modern Microsoft technologies, you will help implement intelligent capabilities such as conversational AI, automated contact center solutions, IVR, and document processing. You will collaborate with business analysts, QA specialists, functional teams, and technical leaders to translate business needs into scalable, reliable technical solutions. Operating within an Agile/Scrum environment, you will manage development tasks across the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and coding to deployment and production support. This remote-first contract opportunity is suited to a technically skilled professional who enjoys solving complex problems, modernizing existing systems, and exploring emerging AI technologies. You will also have the opportunity to mentor fellow developers, strengthen engineering practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise applications.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 applications: Design, build, enhance, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet evolving business and operational requirements.
  • Build customer-facing applications: Develop and maintain customer portals and related digital applications that deliver accessible, reliable, and user-friendly experiences.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle: Translate requirements into technical designs, write and test code, troubleshoot defects, deploy enhancements, and provide ongoing application support.
  • Implement customer service capabilities: Enhance Dynamics 365 Customer Service functionality and support the integration of modern customer engagement technologies.
  • Develop AI-powered solutions: Contribute to the implementation of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Contact Center, IVR, conversational chat, and other AI-enabled customer service capabilities.
  • Integrate intelligent document processing: Implement or integrate Microsoft Document Intelligence and related technologies to automate document processing and improve operational efficiency.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions: Work with business analysts and functional teams to refine requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and develop appropriate technical approaches.
  • Deliver within Agile/Scrum teams: Manage multiple user stories and development tasks within sprint timelines while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
  • Collaborate across technical teams: Coordinate with QA engineers, developers, business analysts, functional specialists, and technical leadership to ensure successful implementation and testing.
  • Provide production support: Investigate application issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and maintain the reliability of existing systems.
  • Mentor and guide developers: Share technical knowledge, support team development, and promote consistent coding standards and software development best practices.
  • Maintain technical documentation: Prepare and update system documentation, technical specifications, troubleshooting procedures, and release documentation.
  • Drive modernization and continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to automate processes, modernize legacy applications, improve system integrations, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Microsoft Dynamics expertise: Strong hands-on experience developing, enhancing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Customer portal development: Experience building and maintaining Dynamics customer portals or comparable customer-facing applications.
  • Application development skills: Strong programming, debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and application maintenance capabilities.
  • Full software development lifecycle experience: Proven ability to contribute throughout the development process, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Agile/Scrum experience: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and the ability to manage multiple user stories and tasks within sprint-based delivery cycles.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Experience working with business analysts, QA and testing teams, developers, functional specialists, and technical leadership.
  • Requirements and testing knowledge: Ability to contribute to technical requirements, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and solution design decisions.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities: Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve complex application issues effectively.
  • Communication skills: Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical leadership: Experience mentoring developers, sharing technical knowledge, or contributing to development standards and best practices.
  • Preferred Microsoft technologies: Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Contact Center, IVR, conversational AI, and customer-facing chat solutions.
  • Preferred AI and automation experience: Knowledge of Microsoft Document Intelligence, intelligent document processing, or AI-powered customer service implementations.
  • Preferred integration and cloud experience: Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with enterprise applications, working with Microsoft Azure or other cloud modernization initiatives, and supporting legacy application transformation.
  • Preferred industry experience: Previous experience delivering or supporting applications for federal government organizations.
  • Work schedule: Ability to work during the required operating hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time.
  • Security clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
