Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 15–20 control room operators and field operators.
• Build and maintain relationships with plant managers, control room operators, and field operators.
• Support day-to-day plant operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance coordination.
• Prioritize, schedule, and complete daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance activities.
• Respond rapidly to planned and unplanned plant trips and lead troubleshooting initiatives.
• Develop and update operating procedures as required.
• Manage operational KPIs to improve plant performance.
• Promote resource sharing across NGHC Operations.
• Lead safety performance initiatives, including reducing injuries and incident reporting.
• Support commissioning activities with the AP-EPC Commissioning Team.
• Promote NGHC safety programs and good housekeeping.
• Act as Incident Commander during emergencies.
• Ensure EH&S standards compliance and MOC requirements.
• Participate in pre-commissioning and start-up activities.
• Support plant troubleshooting and after-hours emergency assistance.
• Identify and implement operational best practices.
• Create operating procedures to support plant operations.
• Create a positive working environment and develop operators.
• Mentor operators and maintenance technicians; promote safety culture.
