Job summary

Gulf Air in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Airport Duty Officer to supervise daily airport operations across check-in, gates, transit, and arrivals, ensuring safety, security, and service standards are met.

You will manage staff, handle irregular passenger situations, coordinate with customs and WWCC, and report to the Airport Manager, with shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• National Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all customer-facing airport operations across check-in, gates, transit and arrivals.
• Supervise staff and direct handling of irregular passenger situations and fee decisions.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and post-shift de-briefings with team.
• Coordinate with customs, security, and other airport stakeholders.
• Manage safety, security, and compliance with company standards.
