Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking an AI Trainer Lead to join a fully remote contract role. You will design and oversee data annotation workflows to train next‑generation AI systems, ensuring high quality inputs and robust evaluation rubrics.

As a remote contributor, you will evaluate model outputs, provide precise feedback, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to refine guidelines across business, finance, marketing, healthcare, and legal domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience evaluating or scoring large volumes of content against criteria.
• Experience with AI training or data annotation preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
