Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Provide pre-sales support and analysis to the sales team for all presales requirements.
2. Assist the Sales Team in requirement gathering and attend meetings with clients to deliver solutions.
3. Deliver AI, Computer Vision, and GenAI solutions.
4. Prepare Bills of Materials (BoM), Bills of Quantities (BoQ), Technical & Commercial Proposals.
5. Produce outputs such as Technical & Commercial Proposals, Executive Summaries, Demonstrations, and Effort estimates.
6. Develop costing sheets and Executive Summaries.
7. Respond to RFPs/RFQs/RFIs during the sales cycle.
8. Support the sales team in preparing scope of work and estimating the required budget for clients to publish RFPs.
9. Present remotely to customers using virtual technologies (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
10. Assist the sales team in upselling and identifying new opportunities through analysis.
11. Support the bidding team in tender qualification and analysis.
12. Validate inputs from the technical team when building proposals.
13. Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables for new opportunities.
14. Handover successful opportunities to the project team and provide support as needed.
15. Conduct market research to find solutions to consumer requirements and communicate with vendors if necessary.
16. Collaborate with vendors.
17. Review technical and commercial proposals alongside the costing sheet with the direct manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Strong technical research skills.
4. Experience in technical proposal writing.
5. Knowledge of AI (Computer Vision, Generative AI, Speech-to-Text).
6. Understanding of IaaS and infrastructure requirements.
7. Knowledge of IoT.
8. Understanding of Agile methodologies.
