Job summary

شركة علم seeks an Associate Principal to lead advanced AI platform enablement, translating business needs into AI-driven solutions and shaping solution scope. You will support platform adoption, align business objectives with technical capabilities, and help drive strategic platform development.

The role requires 6–8 years in AI platforms or related fields, with strong collaboration across cross‑functional teams and external partners. Bachelor's in a related field is required; Master's preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; master's degree preferred.
• Professional certifications in PM, BA, AI, cloud, or Agile are advantageous.
• 6–8 years of experience in AI platforms, business analysis, product management, or digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define AI scope and platform capabilities based on business objectives.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specs.
• Develop solution concepts aligned with AI platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with architecture and roadmaps.
• Support vendor evaluations and oversee external partnerships.
• Identify AI-enabled opportunities and contribute to business cases.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analysis, or a related field

Master's degree preferred

Professional certifications in Product Management, Business Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Platforms, or Agile methodologies are an advantage
