Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking an experienced AI/Software Engineer to design and deliver AI-driven solutions that power intelligent workflows across the enterprise.

You will lead development of AI agents, RAG pipelines, and vector-based retrieval, integrating with enterprise platforms like watsonx and Copilot, while ensuring reliability, security, and scalable deployment. A strong Python and API integration background is essential.

In this role, you will design and deliver advanced AI-driven solutions, with a strong focus on building AI agents, intelligent workflows, and enterprise AI platforms.

You’ll play a hands-on role in integrating AI models, developing scalable solutions, and driving automation across the organisation, ensuring AI capabilities are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

Importantly, you will be leading the design and delivery of scalable AI agent solutions, defining architectures, orchestration workflows, and deployment standards. Moreover, building agentic AI capabilities that enable autonomous decision‑making and intelligent task execution.

Yours is a role of developing and integrating AI agents, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector-based retrieval systems and Embedding AI solutions into enterprise platforms (such as watsonx, Copilot, and similar ecosystems) to create seamless, end-to-end intelligent workflows.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years experience in software engineering with an AI/ML focus.

Naturally, you'll have proven experience working withenterprise AI platforms and APIs with strong programming skills in Python, with solid system integration experience.
