Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team across our GA shop, ensuring equipment reliability, uptime, and production continuity during launches and ramp-ups.

You will implement preventive and predictive maintenance, mentor technicians, and drive improvements in MTBF/MTTR while partnering with Manufacturing Engineering for new product introductions and SAT/FAT activities.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in maintenance engineering or manufacturing operations in automotive/high-volume environments.
• Hands-on experience with maintenance systems, automation equipment, and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership experience managing technical teams in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for production systems.
• Ensure equipment readiness for launches, ramp-ups, and steady-state operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance engineers and technicians.
• Drive improvements in MTBF, MTTR, and overall reliability through root-cause analysis.
• Track maintenance KPIs and support plant throughput and efficiency targets.
