Job summary

Confidential is seeking an accounts receivable professional to manage cash receipts, LN documentation, and customer statements. You will support LC processing, transporter invoices, and delivery control processes.

The role requires Oracle ERP experience, SOCPA membership, and strong follow-up, communication, and organizational skills. You will contribute to monthly AR reporting and audits while collaborating with Sales and FG stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• SOCPA membership required.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record cash, bank, and LC receipts in Oracle and maintain supporting documents.
• Follow up on customer payments and circulate customer statements.
• Prepare Letter of Credit (LC) documentation.
• Review and process transporter invoices for payment.
• Maintain the Delivery Control Sheet and follow up on pending acknowledged delivery notes.
• Support Finished Goods store activities.
• Assist with Sales Order review and approval.
• Prepare monthly AR reports.
• Circulate balance confirmations and follow up on customer responses.
• Support audit requirements with the relevant documentation.
