Job summary

alfanar is seeking an Accounts Receivable Leader to oversee AR operations, credit control, and promotions across a growing regional business. You will drive automation, ERP optimization, and data-driven reporting, collaborating with finance and commercial teams to improve cash flow and customer experience.

The role requires a Bachelor in Accounting/Finance and demonstrated leadership in AR, with a focus on digital finance solutions, dashboards, and KPI monitoring in a complex manufacturing

Qualifications

• Experience leading AR/credit-control processes."
• Ability to drive digital transformation and automation in finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes and close activities.
• Oversee credit control, collections, and customer account management.
• Manage promotions, bonuses, and commissions calculations and payments.
• Drive automation and ERP optimization for invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Treasury, Legal, and Operations.
