Job summary

Technogym is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to ensure accurate billing and timely collections. You will interface with customers, vendors and multiple Technogym departments to support financial processes and improve cash flow.

The role requires 3–5 years in a similar capacity, experience in accounts receivable, collections and treasury, and strong analytical skills. Proficiency in ERP systems, Office and Excel is essential to maintain accurate AR statements and manage risks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Experience in collections, accounts receivable, treasury or similar areas.
• Knowledge of payment terms, banking and risk assessment.
• Understanding balance sheet, risk assessment and risk mitigation.
• Strong analytical and calculation skills with accounting expertise.
• Knowledge of trade financing and trading risk management.
• Experience in credit management and vendor partnerships.
• Basic knowledge of commercial law.
• Proficient in ERP systems, Office, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accounts are billed correctly and payments collected on time.
• Interface with customers, vendors and departments to facilitate financial processes.
• Improve cash flow and minimize collections and defaults.
• Analyze risk levels and balance opportunities with risk.
• Negotiate payment terms with the sales team.
• Maintain and update AR statements and due dates.
• Reconcile bank statements with G/L accounts.
• Coordinate with external consultants and legal counsel.
• Produce accurate reporting and analysis of financial data.
