• Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information using journals and ledgers.
• Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified.
• Audit cashier banks periodically according to SOPs and maintain petty cash, cashier banks, and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies; protect assets and guest information.
• Communicate clearly and professionally; prepare written documents; assist coworkers with tasks.
