Job summary

Ansaaj, a home textiles company in Jeddah, is seeking an Accounts Data Entry Clerk to support daily financial tasks and inventory updates. You will enter daily sales and purchase invoices, record payments, assist with bank reconciliations, and generate simple reports.

The role is on-site during the morning shift, with training provided and sponsorship not available. Candidates must reside in Jeddah with valid work rights (iqama).

Qualifications

• MS Excel proficiency including formulas and pivots.
• Accounting or bookkeeping background.
• English proficiency; Arabic is a plus.
• Accounting software such as Zoho, QuickBooks, Odoo or Tally is a bonus, not required.

Job Description:

A home textiles company in Jeddah is hiring an Accounts Data Entry Clerk.

Salary: SAR 3,500 per month, fixed and all-inclusive. No bonuses or commissions. Candidates must currently live in Jeddah, hold an iqama that allows them to work, and be available to join immediately or within days. Sponsorship transfer is not available.

Saudi work experience and prior experience with accounting software are not required; training will be provided.
