Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA/CFA encouraged.
• MBA is preferred but not required.
• 10–15 years of experience in financial reporting, IFRS, advisory, governance, and cash management.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to senior management on financial, governance and commercial matters.
• Prepare board briefings and commentary for Affiliate Board and committees.
• Review impairment analysis and Purchase Price Allocations (PPA) for acquisitions.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure governance alignment.
• Mentor team members and deliver ad hoc financial analyses.
