Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Accountant.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with all local tax laws and regulations.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available for daily operations.
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries or discrepancies.
