Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, calculating taxes, monitoring expenses, and maintaining records. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent attention to detail. This position offers a salary of 1700. We are open to considering foreign candidates as well.

Job Duties:

• The Accountant will be responsible for performing a wide range of accounting activities including general ledger maintenance, accounts receivable/payable management, budget preparation and review, financial statement preparation and analysis, tax return preparation, month-end closing activities, and other related tasks as assigned.
• Additionally they will assist in preparing internal control policies related to finance and accounting functions as well as ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA certification is preferred but not required.
• They must have at least 3 years of relevant experience working in an accounting role with an understanding of basic bookkeeping concepts.
• The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed.
• They should also possess strong technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook) and experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
