Job summary

JobCenter in Jeddah is hiring an experienced Indian Accountant to join our team. You will maintain financial records, prepare statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of accounting experience, proficiency with QuickBooks or SAP, and strong attention to detail. English fluency is preferred but not required. Salary is 1200 USD per month and the position is based in Jeddah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, payables/receivables, and tax records.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Monitor expenses and budget to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy.
• Collaborate with departments to provide financial analysis and support.
• Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and payroll processing.
• Keep up-to-date with accounting software updates.
• Assist with year-end closing activities.
• Other related duties as assigned.
