Job summary

Azizia Panda United Inc. is seeking a Finance Professional to maintain general ledger integrity, reconcile accounts, and resolve supplier/customer disputes. You will prepare journal entries and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will help produce financial reports for audits and management reviews, while improving accounting processes and controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries for assigned accounts to ensure accurate and timely reflection of financial transactions in the general ledger.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and financial reporting standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve disputes to ensure accuracy and maintain positive relationships.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities to ensure accurate financial statements and adherence to closing timelines.
• Analyze account balances and transaction trends to identify inconsistencies or potential errors to ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and schedules to support audits, management reviews, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Support process improvement initiatives within the finance function to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of accounting operations.

Job Purpose:

This position is to Maintain, Reconciling between specific accounts and to Resolve supplier/customer dispute accounts (if any); in addition to Prepare periodic closing (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually and Annually)
