Reporting to a Senior Account Manager, this role supports day-to-day client communication, ensures clear proactive updates, and maintains strong relationships with clients. You will assist in the delivery of projects across multiple communication disciplines, ensuring client needs and expectations are met effectively. Your work builds trust with clients by being reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented, contributing to a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in managing day‑to‑day client requests and escalating issues when necessary.
• Assist with developing and maintaining client project documentation, including agendas, contact reports, and timelines.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Help prepare client proposals, cost estimates, and project plans under senior guidance.
• Track and report on the performance of client campaigns, ensuring key deliverables are met and performance is documented accurately.
• Support the identification of new opportunities within existing client accounts, assisting in developing strategies for account growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices across the agency.
