Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with access control/badging software and MS Office.
• Must hold valid Saudi work authorization or iqama and be able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Process and issue access badges/permits for employees, contractors, and visitors
• Verify identification and documentation against approved access lists
• Maintain accurate accreditation records and databases
• Coordinate with security, HR, and project teams to update access permissions
• Monitor and audit access control systems for compliance and accuracy
• Respond to access-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare regular reports on accreditation status and access activity
