Overview

📌 Reports to: Graphic Design Manager

About the Role We are seeking a creative and experienced 3D Event Designer to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D design for events, including exhibitions, stages, brand activations, and experiential spaces, and will work closely with the Graphic Design Manager to bring concepts to life.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop 3D concepts and visualizations for events, exhibitions, booths, stages, and experiential environments
• Translate creative briefs into high-quality 3D renders, layouts, and presentations
• Collaborate with the Graphic Design Manager and creative team to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence
• Modify and refine designs based on internal and client feedback
• Ensure designs are practical, scalable, and aligned with production requirements
• Prepare design files and drawings for execution and production support

Qualifications

• Proven experience in 3D event, exhibition, or experiential design
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Blender, AutoCAD, or similar tools
• Experience with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, and scale
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing agencies
• Knowledge of production and fabrication processes
• Motion graphics or animation skills are a plus
