The Alfardan Group in Doha seeks a Group Leader for JLR to oversee workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to manufacturers' repair procedures and warranty guidelines.

You will coordinate with the Workshop Controller, technicians, and service advisors to plan workloads, track progress, and maintain high quality standards. Candidates will have automotive technical training, leadership experience, and strong English communication.

• Inspect final repairs and conduct road tests.
• Monitor warranty repairs and compliance.
• Provide leadership and supervision for Aftersales staff.
• Recommend workshop tools, equipment, and training needs.
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and Health & Safety compliance.

The Group Leader for JLR will be responsible for overseeing all workshop operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained. Job Responsibility

• Provide leadership and supervision for the Aftersales staff
• Make recommendations for workshop tools, equipment, and training requirements
• Ensure workshop cleanliness and compliance with Health & Safety regulations

Candidate Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in any Technical Automotive course or Equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
• At least 2 years of experience as a team or group leader in an automotive dealership
• Level 3 certification in JLR excellence
• Proven experience in leading a team
• Strong communication skills in English
• Systematic work approach
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Deadline-oriented
• Knowledge of 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
