NES Fircroft in Qatar seeks a Wireline Crew Chief to lead wireline operations on onshore and offshore oil & gas projects. You will supervise field crews, coordinate planning, ensure equipment readiness, and maintain compliance with client and HSE requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and hands-on expertise in logging, perforating, and wireline services, with experience in TLC operations and SLB systems advantageous.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of Wireline Operations experience.
• Experience in TLC (Tough Logging Conditions / Drill Pipe Conveyance) operations.
• Seismic, Fishing, and Pipe Recovery operations experience preferred.
• Previous experience with SLB (Schlumberger) is mandatory.

Wireline Crew Chief

Location: Qatar (Onshore & Offshore) Rotation: 2 Months On / 1 Month Off Schedule: 12-hour shifts

Job Summary

The Wireline Crew Chief is responsible for leading wireline operations across onshore and offshore oil & gas projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of logging and intervention activities. The role involves supervising field crews, coordinating operational activities, maintaining equipment readiness, and ensuring compliance with client and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise wireline operations and field crews during well intervention activities.
• Execute logging, perforating, and wireline services safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate operational planning, equipment preparation, and job execution.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, operational procedures, and quality requirements.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and provide technical guidance to crew members.
• Maintain accurate job reports and operation records.
• Support offshore and onshore intervention, fishing, and pipe recovery activities as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of Wireline Operations experience.
• Mandatory experience in TLC (Tough Logging Conditions / Drill Pipe Conveyance) operations.
• Experience in Seismic, Fishing, and Pipe Recovery operations preferred.
• Previous experience with SLB (Schlumberger) is mandatory.
• Eligible for Qatar work permit and security clearance requirements.
• Valid QID holders preferred.
