Visuna is seeking two experienced Wireline Crew Chiefs to support a project in Qatar. You will lead and supervise wireline crews, ensuring safe and efficient operations in line with client requirements and HSE standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years in wireline, hands-on TLC, seismic, fishing and pipe recovery experience, and proven leadership and safety-focused performance on wellsites in Qatar.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Wireline operations.
• Experience as Wireline Crew Chief or in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in TLC operations.
• Hands-on experience in Seismic, Fishing, and Pipe Recovery operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of wireline equipment, tools, and procedures.
• Experience supervising wireline crews and managing wellsite operations.
• Excellent understanding of HSE requirements and safe working practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must meet Qatar work permit and security pass eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise wireline crews during logging, well intervention, perforating, and other wireline operations.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute wireline activities in accordance with approved programmes and procedures.
• Supervise TLC operations, seismic, fishing and pipe recovery operations.
• Oversee rig-up, pressure testing, function testing, running, pulling and rig-down of wireline equipment.
• Conduct pre-job safety meetings, toolbox talks and risk assessments.
• Review well programmes, procedures, equipment requirements and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure minimal downtime.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, client requirements and regulations.
• Maintain accurate operational reports and job documentation.

Wireline Crew Chief Qatar Location Qatar Position Wireline Crew Chief Contract Type Project-Based

Visuna is currently recruiting 2 experienced Wireline Crew Chiefs to support an upcoming project with our client in Qatar The successful candidates will be responsible for leading and supervising wireline crews ensuring the safe and efficient execution of wireline operations in accordance with client requirements operational procedures and HSE standards

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise wireline crews during logging well intervention perforating and other wireline operations
• Plan coordinate and execute wireline activities in accordance with approved programmes and procedures
• Supervise TLC Tough Logging Conditions Seismic Fishing and Pipe Recovery operations
• Oversee rig-up pressure testing function testing running pulling and rig-down of wireline equipment
• Conduct pre-job safety meetings toolbox talks and risk assessments
• Review well programmes job procedures equipment requirements and relevant technical documentation
• Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure minimal downtime
• Ensure compliance with company HSE policies client requirements and applicable regulations
• Maintain accurate operational reports and job documentation

Minimum qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Wireline operations.
• Previous experience working as a Wireline Crew Chief or in a similar supervisory position.
• Proven experience in TLC (Tough Logging Conditions) operations.
• Hands-on experience in Seismic, Fishing, and Pipe Recovery operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of wireline equipment, tools, and operational procedures.
• Experience supervising wireline crews and managing wellsite operations.
• Excellent understanding of HSE requirements and safe working practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must meet the nationality and eligibility requirements for Qatar work permits and security pass approvals.
