Job summary

Nair Systems is currently looking for an Affluent Banking Proposition & Strategy Execution Consultant for our Qatar operations. The role will drive premium banking propositions, market strategy and strategic initiatives across the business.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into actionable plans, shaping CRM-driven customer journeys and supporting regional head-office objectives. Fluency in English is assumed; Qatar experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Extensive affluent/wealth banking and market knowledge.
• Strategic market planning and business planning capabilities.
• Proven marketing and go-to-market experience.
• CRM and customer lifecycle management experience at a strategic level.
• Experience in head-office/regional/central functions rather than frontline coverage.
• Ability to translate market trends and customer insights into strategic recommendations.
• Experience developing customer propositions, segmentation, campaigns, acquisition and retention strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior leadership.
