ConFlip in Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist who speaks English. You will welcome guests, answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional front-line service in a busy environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is comfortable multitasking, and can work well both independently and as part of a team. Prior receptionist or customer service experience is preferred; familiarity with office equipment is a plus.

Qualificações

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers, scanners).

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Answer phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department.
• Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Keep track of daily appointments and schedules.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, etc.
