VodafoneThree is seeking a Senior Product Leader to drive the end-to-end product strategy for mobile, broadband and converged services in the Middle East region. You will own the portfolio, oversee device strategy, and collaborate with marketing, sales and technology teams to deliver scalable products that meet market needs and business targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 10+ years in telecom with leadership across products, devices or VAS.
• Proven track record in P&L, partner negotiations, and delivering commercial outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of consumer tech trends and regional dynamics in the Middle East.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development, prioritization, and execution of the product roadmap across mobile, broadband, and converged services.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer experience, and tech teams to launches on time and within budget.
• Monitor market trends and customer insights to guide strategy.
• Own the device and terminal strategy, portfolio, and full P&L including devices and accessories.
• Negotiate with OEMs and partners to optimize pricing, incentives, and exclusivity.
• Ensure stock, supply chain, and inventory health across channels.
• Drive VAS and digital content initiatives and partner-led services; manage VAS P&L.
