Job summary

VodafoneThree in Doha seeks a seasoned Billing Operations Lead to develop, monitor and manage end-to-end Consumer Mobile Billing and Payment functions. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify issues, implement enhancements, and ensure on-time dispatch of postpaid bills within SLAs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT and 5+ years in Telco IT/services with strong SQL/PLSQL and billing expertise. Programming language knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
• Min 5 years of relevant experience in Telco or IT services with strong technical knowledge and experience in Telco billing.
• SQL/PLSQL Oracle knowledge and experience of managing outsourced partners with strong people management skills.
• Expertise in telco billing and charging, rating systems and Microsoft tool advanced skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, coordinate and manage end to end Consumer Mobile Billing and Payment operations functions.
• Work with cross functional teams including but not limited to Commercial operations team, Customer experience, Audit team, Product & Marketing team, RA team, testing team to identify issues, opportunities, and technical enhancements to improve the efficiency of bill cycle operational processes.
• Evaluate, log and drive solutions to reported problems versus business impacts.
• Pre and Post - production testing and successful implementation of the applied changes.
• Ensure on-time dispatch post-paid bills to customers within the defined and agreed SLAs.
