Job summary

epergne solutions is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead Wealth Management & Private Banking transformation programs in Qatar. The role mandates 15+ years in banking tech, multi-vendor delivery, and strong stakeholder management.

You will drive end-to-end implementations of wealth platforms, coordinate requirements and data migration, and ensure governance, regulatory and security compliance across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in banking technology and transformation.
• 8+ years leading large-scale Wealth & Asset Management platform implementations.
• Experience delivering complex multi-vendor transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior business and technology executives.
• PMP certification and enterprise project management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Wealth Management and Private Banking transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Lead implementation and integration of wealth and asset management platforms.
• Coordinate business requirements, product gap analysis, solution design, integration, and data migration.
• Manage multiple vendors and technology partners across complex transformation programs.
• Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Ensure projects meet quality, regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.
• Drive project governance, reporting, steering committee meetings, and executive communication.
• Lead cross-functional teams through planning, implementation, testing, deployment, and transition.
