Brand Image and Visual Merchandising

• Implement brand-specific visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
• Maintain consistent brand identity and presentation standards across window and in-store displays.
• Create eye-catching merchandise displays while incorporating commercial sales opportunities.
• Coordinate store displays according to brand guidelines and strategy.
• Develop floor plans to maximize the visual impact of merchandise.
• Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and store layouts according to established guidelines.
• Create store layouts based on merchandise categories.
• Ensure products are properly merchandised and presented.

Display Management

Use creative lighting techniques to enhance window displays and strengthen product presentation. Maximize the placement of new product lines and re-merchandise store areas as new trends develop. Photograph merchandise displays whenever changes are completed and collect relevant reviews and feedback on merchandise presentation.

Training and Coaching

• Train and coach store employees on merchandise-based visual presentation.
• Guide store teams in completing daily, weekly and seasonal visual presentation tasks.
• Communicate visual concepts and presentation requirements clearly to support consistent execution.

Commercial Coordination
