Job summary

Alshaya Group is actively hiring energetic Retail Sales Associates to drive floor sales, manage inventory, and maintain global brand standards across our premium franchise locations in Qatar.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, processing transactions with POS, maintaining visual merchandising, assisting with stock takes, and monitoring fitting rooms. This role offers direct employment with visa sponsorship and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong retail sales ability and fluent spoken English; secondary languages are highly preferred.
• Local Qatar ID with NOC for immediate transfer will be required.

• Actively approach customers on the shop floor to drive sales and increase Units Per Transaction (UPT).
• Process transactions rapidly and accurately using modern Point of Sale (POS) register systems.
• Execute strict visual merchandising guidelines by arranging window displays and folding apparel correctly.
• Assist with weekly stock takes and monitor the fitting rooms to reduce inventory shrinkage.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Local Status: Must possess a valid Qatar ID (QID) with a ready No Objection Certificate (NOC) for immediate transfer.
• Skills: Strong retail sales ability and fluent spoken English; secondary languages are highly preferred.
• Stamina: Physical capability to remain standing, walking, and lifting inventory boxes for long retail shifts.
