• Display Management: Use creative lighting to enhance window displays and maximize new product placements as trends develop.
• Training and Coaching: Train store employees on merchandise-based visual presentation and guide daily, weekly and seasonal tasks.
• Commercial Coordination: Work with operations and brand management to support sales via effective display presentation and with VM Manager to reach commercial goals.
