Qualifications

• Manufacturer certifications or specialized UPS training are preferred.
• Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.

Are you an experienced UPS professional with a strong background in critical power systems? We are seeking a skilled UPS Field Service Engineer to support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS and power protection solutions across Qatar. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability and uptime of mission‑critical infrastructure for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, commission, and maintain single-phase and three-phase UPS systems and associated battery solutions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and availability.
• Diagnose and resolve faults on UPS systems and related power infrastructure.
• Provide on‑site and remote technical support to customers.
• Conduct customer training on UPS operation and maintenance best practices.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, site assessments, and technical documentation.
• Support equipment upgrades, replacements, and small‑scale project implementations.
• Ensure compliance with company and site safety standards during all field activities.
• Participate in emergency support and on‑call service activities when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Years of Experience: 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in UPS field service and critical power systems.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience with installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS systems.
• Familiarity with leading UPS brands such as Schneider Electric/APC, Eaton, Vertiv, Riello, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
• Manufacturer certifications or specialized UPS training are preferred.
• Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem‑solving skills.
