Job summary

Mannai Trading Company is looking for an experienced UPS Field Service Engineer in Qatar. You will support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS systems, ensuring reliability for mission-critical infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in UPS services, a degree in Electrical Engineering, and familiarity with major UPS brands. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills are essential for successful performance in this role.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in UPS field service and critical power systems.
• Strong experience with installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS systems.
• Manufacturer certifications or specialized UPS training are preferred.
• Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, commission, and maintain single-phase and three-phase UPS systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve faults on UPS systems and power infrastructure.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
• Conduct customer training on UPS operation and maintenance best practices.
